Becoming a partner



A valuable extension to our company

Our partnership programs are divided into three categories:

  • Referral Partners.You provide CTEX with a lead that turns into client.
  • Agent Partners.You are a trusted advisor to IT decision makers and are in the position to recommend and explain data center services to companies.
  • Authorized Reseller Partners (ARP).You commit to purchasing CTEX products and services at pre-established pricing levels and resell these to end-users, often as a value added component with professional services or other unique solutions.

Each program has specific benefits, commitments, and requirements. By consulting with a CTEX Channel Partner Representative, you can make an informed decision regarding which program is the best fit for you. We are committed to supporting our partners with the tools and services necessary to help build their long-lasting customer relationships for years to come.

Critical steps to becoming an Agent Partner


Our Agent Partners go through a rigorous screening process and ultimately become an extension to our company. We are looking for Partners that energetically and diligently promote sales of our services in our target regions. Signing an NDA is a critical first step. From there we go through a planning session with you to understand the mutual value of the relationship. Subsequently, we sign a partnership agreement which details the terms of the relationship so that it will be beneficial to both parties. In general, our partnerships carry the following characteristics:

  • Execution of an NDA
  • Review of our agreement(s)
  • Background check
  • Identify a product training timeline
  • Develop the go to market plan with your CTEX channel representative
  • Establish a periodic pipeline review process
  • Set target sales goals

Authorized Reseller Partners (ARP)

As an ARP, you will be able to resell or white-label CTEX products. Often the ARP provides additional services, such as strategic planning, system design or connectivity. Product definitions and favorable price levels are agreed and combined with your own unique expertise providing the best customer solution. CTEX will provide you with marketing materials and tools, including datasheets, presentations and promotions and work with you to create a targeted package for your customer. You own the relation with the customer. A dedicated channel partner portal will be available to you, along with pre- and post-sales support.

Our Authorized Reseller Partners go through a rigorous screening process and ultimately become an alternative sales channel. We are looking for Partners that energetically and diligently resell or package our services in our target regions. Signing an NDA is a critical first step.
