Leverage our highly-skilled, on-site support engineers to physically manage servers or infrastructure components. Remote Hands support includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing critical infrastructure components. It also includes pressing a button, flipping a switch, hooking up a monitor/device, power cycling, securing/checking cable connections, and mounting equipment.
Customer calls CTEX or submits an on-line support ticket requesting a service on a machine. Remote Hands is purchased in monthly hourly blocks or priced per hour which is billed in 15 minute increments. Remote Hands does not include configuring equipment or managing software or applications.
- Technicians are on call 24x7x365 to facilitate customer requests
