Payment & Cancellation

Payments must be received by noon today to guarantee seating. You will be able to pay at the event at 7:00AM on March 7.
By Email events@ctexpartners.com. Equally you must pre-pay to confirm seating. Please bring this email confirmation to our office to issue payment. We cannot guarantee seating if you do not pre-register and pre-pay.
At the Event 7:00AM on March 7th at the Santa Barbara resort event desk. Please note that we cannot guarantee your entrance if you have not pre-registered and pre-paid. Seating is limited.

Badge Pickup

Advance registrants will be able to pickup their conference badges at 7:00AM on the day of the event.

Important Security Measures

To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (government issued ID) is required. All bags, including purses and laptop cases, will be subject to search before you enter any conference areas. For safety reasons, luggage is not allowed on-site at the conference. A luggage check will be available to attendees.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, you must cancel in writing no later than February 28th. Cancellations made after February 28th will not be refunded.
